Facebook/Social networking

I have been on Facebook for a couple of months now.....I signed up mostly as a way to see pictures that my nieces and nephews were posting so I could keep up to date with their lives. (or snoop into their lives???) My youngest niece laughed at me since I have so few friends compared to her hundreds of friends! Part of the reason for that is the difference in our ages--hers is the generation that is in constant contact while I am not that good about sharing every little thought and action I may be doing. That said, I am very glad to be on Facebook! I really like the access to my extended family. I don't really think I will take part in too many of the other apps even though I know that Farming thing has been so hot there was even a story about it the Star-Tribune a while back.
